I use DVD IDentifer which is a great little program thats lets you know the manufacturer and media ID Code ect of the blank media you are using. It has organised the tabe very well and I tend to stick with blank media from the 1st or 2nd class sections (this would be TDK, Verbatim, Maxell for me I nevr had any issues with these brands.) Here is a link to a little article and a nice little table thats shows different types of blank media out there. Sometimes you may get a bad batch of blank media which can cause playback issues due to compatability and bad burns, to help minise this I also try to use the cheapest best media I can find for my budget.Ī Golden rule is to remember its not about the brand of the disc but the Discs Media ID as this lets us know where the disc was made and other info. I know it's a plugin problem, I just don't know how to get Vegas to recognize. Reinstalled Sony Vegas nearly five times, and looked all over the interwebs. dll files in nearly every way possible, to no avail. mp3 file in Vegas, the plugin used is mp3plug2.dll, but for me, when clicking properties on an mp3 file, it shows that it uses the mcplug2.dll file. What I have cleared out on was the file plugin. I've been doing some research for a week now, and I've figured out no solutions other than converting the file (which takes too long and I don't have much disk space.) mp3 files, I notice that in the timeline the audio waveforms are all the way up, and playing it sounds like a screeching garble of a dying horse. Hello, so recently Sony Vegas has been acting up in terms of audio.
